The Innovation and Excellence Agency is the institution responsible for innovation and excellence in Albania.

Vision

To encourage and promote innovation and engagement in the public administration of experts domestic and international, excellent in the implementation of advanced technologies, through the drafting and implementation of policies in cooperation with line ministries in relevant fields and sectors related to innovation.
